All the expected players have made it to the FIFA World XI list including Neymar, Mbappe, and Lukaku. But fans around the world are stunned as there is no Mohamed Salah in that list, a player who has been exceptional throughout the calendar year. Salah’s contribution to Liverpool and Egypt has been immensely productive but still, he failed to make the cut into the FIFA World XI 23 man squad. His goal-scoring tally and his performances for Liverpool have been top-notch but all of it was overlooked by the nomination process. The list also doesn’t include the likes of Muller and Kimmich who have majorly contributed to Bayern Munich’s success. Many are opposing the inclusion of Dani Alves and Sergio Busquets whose performance hasn’t been at par compared to the other players in the list.
