Harbhajan Singh (19 Ducks)

The legend off-spinner Harbhajan Singh is well known for pinch-hitting in the lower order and won many games for his team.

The Singh has been dismissed for a duck for 19 times in the history of Test cricket. The 38-year old took 147 wickets in the Test cricket at the economy rate of 2.84 and has returned to the pavilion for 19 times without scoring in 103 matches.

Meanwhile, Singh has scored 2224 runs in the longest format of cricket and he made his debut on 25 March 1998 against Australia.

Bishan Singh Bedi (20 Ducks)

Indian all-rounder Bishan Bedi was one of the crucial players of the Indian team as he helped his side many times to win the matches. The former skipper has scored 656 runs in 67 matches and also took 266 wickets with an economy rate of 2.22 in Test cricket.


However, also had an unwanted record as well, Bedi is in 4th place on the list of most ducks in the Test history as he returned to pavilion 20 times without scoring in the format.

He made his debut in Test cricket against West Indies on 31st December 1996.

BS Chandrasekhar (23 Ducks)

The prolific leg spinner BS Chandrasekhar was instrumental in setting up the match for India in their first-ever win in England he picked up six wickets for 38 runs at The Oval in 1971.

The Wisden Cricketer also played some cameos and helped his side over the line in some matches. In 58 matches, Chandrasekhar has been dismissed 23 times on a duck and placed at the third spot on the list.

He made his debut in Test cricket against England on 21st January in the year 1964.

Zaheer Khan (29 Ducks)

The second most successful Indian pace bowler in Test cricket, Zahir Khan was one of the greatest assets of Indian cricket and also was a landmark in adaptability.

Khan is also now on the second spot on the list of the most duck in Test cricket. Zaheer had taken 311 wickets in 92 matches at the economy rate of 3.27.

The left-fast-mediumdium bowler had also scored 1230 runs in 92 matches in Test cricket and made his debut against Bangladesh on 10 November in the year 2000.

Ishant Sharma (31 Ducks)

Indian pacer Ishant Sharma played an important part in Indian Test cricket side. He has taken 297 wickets in 97 matches with an economy rate of 3.18 and also helped his side in several occasions to reach to the victory.

However, he is also a part of the unwanted record too. Sharma has been dismissed for a duck for the most number of times in the Test cricket history. He has also scored 720 runs and has returned to the pavilion for 31 times without scoring nothing in 92 matches.

He made his debut in Test cricket against South Africa in the year 2013.
