  • Little cover from enemies.
  • 1 or even no escape routes when enemies are charging you.
  • Open from multiple angles.
  • A position where your teammates can not cover you.
  • Positions where your teammates can not help to get repositioned.
  • Closed space where you can get bombarded with enemy abilities.
  • Positions where enemies can see you before you see them.

Although agents like Jett and Reyna can make use of these positions to get enemies off guard and still get back to safety.

This is an unnamed spot in the map of bind but this spot is widely known as “A Pocket” by the playerbase. Haven (Garage wooden box)

This is one of the most tempting position in Haven. If enemies don’t clear you you can get ezpz kills but most of the times enemies do. Maybe sometimes they do not even have to clear you as they can just spam you in seconds. If you are not playing Reyna and a teammate is not covering you from C site then you’re in a death trap.

Icebox (A Nest)

On paper, hiding in A Nest of Icebox is a great idea but in real is it? As this angle gets checked every single time in higher elo lobbies and you’re stuck in a close scape where you can get bombarded with abilities. Even if you are a Jett holding nest and you try to dash away after getting spotted, you still can get shot from multiple angles. If don’t get spotted this can be the best position but, if you do get spotted you’re DEAD.

Breeze (Mid Top Rock)

In this new map player tend to hold many Bad Positions You Should Never Hold in Valorant. This is the worst of them. In the Mid top area of Breeze you can find some randoms rocks.
