Fabricio Werdum (37 years) Fabricio Werdum is a UFC veteran who got his title shot at the age of 37. The fighter first defeated Mark Hunt in 2014 to get the interim heavyweight title and, after a year, went on to submit Cain Velasquez at UFC 188 to win the title.
Anderson Silva (age 38) Anderson Silva is considered the most dynamic and entertaining fighter in the history of the UFC. The Brazilian was a force to be reckoned with, and in his prime, he was absolutely unstoppable. At the age of 38, he lost his UFC middleweight championship to Chris Weidman and was one of the oldest UFC champions.
Daniel Cormier (39 years old) Daniel Cormier is a former UFC double champion who, in 2018, at the age of 39, went on to defeat Stipe Miocic to win the heavyweight championship. DC was one of the most technical fighters, and in 2022 he was added to the UFC Hall of Fame.
Glover Teixeira (42 years old) Glover Teixeira, at the age of 42, shocked the UFC fans when he defeated Jan Blachowicz at UFC 267 to win the UFC light heavyweight championship in 2022. The Brazilian came close to defending it against Jiri Prochazka but fell short and later announced his retirement in 2023.
Randy Couture (45 years) Randy Couture is a beast, and he proved that age is just a number when you have the determination to win. At UFC 68, Couture defeated Tim Sylvia to win the UFC heavyweight championship at the age of 45.
