She has won WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship 2 times, WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship 1 time with Zelina Vega, WWE Money in the Bank ladder match 2017, WWE Mixed Match Challenge Season 2 with R-Truth, WWE WrestleMania Battle Royal 2019 and WWE 24/7 championship 4 times. Carmella is married to Corey Graves.

On May 1 2023 Carmella shared that she and her husband are having a baby.
