The Akula stealth chopper was added to GTA 5 in the Doomsday Heist DLC in 2017. It is quite an agile helicopter with a high take-off speed. It features night and thermal vision cameras that can be used by the co-pilot and passengers. While in stealth mode, the player blip is hidden from the radar but no weapons can be used. While not in stealth mode, it features regular miniguns and turrets along with both regular and barrage homing missiles. It also features bomb bays to easily strike ground targets. It is also a very durable vehicle and can take 2 homing missiles before getting destroyed. It can seat up to 4 players including the pilot.

The Stealth Annihilator is a stealth helicopter in GTA 5 Online released in the Cayo Perico Heist update in 2020. It shares similar stealth features to the Akula and can easily hide its blip from the minimap. It has can carry up to 6 players including the pilot. No weapons are usable while in Stealth mode. While not in stealth mode, Homing or Barrage missiles can be used along with a regular minigun turret. The armor on the Stealth Annihilator is very weak and gets destroyed with only one explosion. It is also a very heavy helicopter with poor handling. It also does not feature any bombs
The Akula is clearly the winner between the two Stealth helicopters. The Akula has a better choice of weaponry and much better armor when compared to the Annihilator. It also costs lesser than the Annihilator while also offering bomb bays, which the Annihilator does not have. The stealth mode is the same between both the choppers. The only advantage the Annihilator offers is the increased seating capacity which still does not make it worth the investment.
