In just 3 months, Karatsev has found stardom and the rise has been so sudden, he is yet to create a brand image for himself.

The Russian who was outside the Top 100 over a month ago, is now ranked at 42 owing to his current success. Karatsev overcame Andrey Rublev who was seeded 2nd in the tournament in 3 sets and won the final against South African Llyod Harris in straight sets. The Russian is currently endorsed by Adidas which is acting as his sole sponsor for shoes and clothing.

Did you find something for me, you’re asking, or what: Karatsev

“Did you find something for me, you’re asking, or what?” asked Karatsev to the reporter who inquired about his endorsement deals. Showing his humorous side, Karatsev asked if the reporter had found any deal for him. He later confirmed that he’s still being sponsored just by Adidas and that’s it.
