The Swiss mastero, Roger Federer has lately been occupied off-court after a knee injury forced him to withdraw from this season. Roger Federer’s sponsorship deals are spread across the world. In a recent video for “Credit Suisse”, it’s brand ambassador spoke vividly on his career and also about his retirement.

Retirement not on the cards for Roger yet

In a video over four minutes, Roger Federer spoke about the first grand slam victory that provided him with the vitality of positivity on the court. The GOAT went ahead to mention the criticality of the French Open victory in 2009. The 20-time grand slam champion also spoke about the 2016 knee injury and its effects on him.

The final portion of the video unravels the mindset of the champion who is being predicted to retire soon.

Federer said, “I get asked a lot about retirement and I know I cannot play tennis forever but it is something special to do something well in life.”

“It’s such a great time at the moment. I’m still loving it on the court. My foundation has just surpassed the initial goal, and my off-court ventures are still only growing. For me it really shows me maybe I’m just only at the beginning of my journey.”

The video ends with the CEO of ‘Credit Suisse’ wishing Roger Federer luck for the 2021 season. This might be another confirmation that the current World No.4, Swiss master, is here to stay.
