January 26 is seen as a dark day as no one can forget the tragic demise of the Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant as it is still hard for his fans to believe. A horrible accident took place when Kobe Bryant was traveling with his daughter and seven others to his sports academy near Los Angeles.
Ara Zobayan was the pilot who often flew Kobe in his helicopter was carrying him and eight others to a tournament at the Mamba Sports Academy and it happened due to extreme fog, the aircraft came crashing down at 184mph, falling over 4000 feet per minute when the pilot lost control after rising to a high altitude.
According to the report, Kobe Bryant and the other died instantly upon clash with the ground.
In the autopsy reports, it was ascertained that all of them underwent sudden fatal injuries on Friday.
“These injuries are rapid if not instantly fatal,” wrote Juan Carrillo, senior deputy medical examiner, in Bryant’s report. The doctors had to identify the five-time NBA champion by his fingerprints.
The report finds broken bones, disjoint body parts and excess of fuel on the clothes as the Los Angeles County coroner’s office furnishes a feeling of how harsh the crash was.
Also reported that everyone in the helicopter died immediately when it crashed as Bryant’s body was found on one side of the wreckage and on the opposite side of a ravine, his daughter was found.
Additionally, the only drug intake was methylphenidate utilized to attend narcolepsy and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder by Bryant while no drugs and alcohol consumption of found in the pilot’s body.
This news comes in just a week after Kobe’s widow, Vannesa Bryant, filed a case against the LA Sheriff’s Department over breaking of privacy. The photos of the crash site taken by the first respondents have been in large circulation online.
