“I totally disagree with the decision he took” : Bautista Agut on the Match referee

Roberto Bautista Agut puts the onus of his defeat in the semifinals on the match referee – Lars Graff. The Spaniard completely showed his frustration. The decisions taken by the match referee indeed affected Agut’s fortune. The decision of roof closure was a precautional measure. In fact the rain never reached towards the court.

Conversely the roof closure brought Djokovic back in the match and as a result he made the break. After that there was no looking back for the Serbian. Agut post match admitted, “He (Lars Graff) broke my rhythm. It was the 3rd time we stop the rhythm in the match. One at toilet break & a physio break & then a roof break,” Bautista Agut said, visibly frustrated.

The roof break could wait a little bit to finish the set, because to close the roof, it’s 5 minutes. I totally disagree with the decision he took,” Roberto Bautista Agut added on ‘roofgate‘.
