Breaking: 3 men arrested after Amir Khan was robbed at gunpoint

Amir Khan was robbed at gunpoint along with his wife in East London and police have arrested 3 men in connection with the robbery and they are being interrogated about the incident.

Boxer Amir khan was a victim of an armed robbery in London and he was robbed at gunpoint along with his wife Faryal Makhdoom. The incident occurred in April this year and Amir’s watch was stolen during the robbery. Amir is a retired boxer, and he shared this incident on his social media account. The video footage of the incident was also released on social media after the incident was caught on CCTV.

Amir told about the incident and revealed that he was robbed at a gunpoint in East London, Leyton. Amir revealed he was walking with his wife when two men approached him and asked him for his watch with a gun pointed at his face. He further revealed that both he and his wife were safe and no one was harmed, and no shots were fired during the incident.

Recently, The Metropolitan Police announced that they have made 3 arrest in connection with the robbery and they are being interrogated about the incident. Police spokesperson revealed that all arrested persons are male and are of age 25, 34 and 20, respectively. All three men will stay in police custody and will be interrogated. Amir’s watch was studded with 719 diamonds and was extremely expensive. The watch costed around £72,000.

Amir Khan recently hang up his gloves and retired from boxing after having a long and successful career. The 35-year-old boxer announced his retirement from professional boxing, three months after suffering a loss against Kell brook. Amir lost his last 3 fights and finally announced his retirement, ending his 17 year long boxing career.

Amir started boxing at 11 and won many titles at a young age, including the gold at 2003 school olympics. He also competed at the 2004 Olympics and won a silver medal at just 17. He was Britain’s youngest Olympic boxer since Colin Jones in 1976. Amir entered professional boxing at 18 and had an amazing 17 year long career. Amir also held the unified light- welterweight title from 2009 to 2012.

Amir had a successful career, and he faced some of the toughest fighter in the current boxing era, like Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford. Amir had a professional record of 34 wins and 6 losses.
