1. Beaston

The Beaston is a gorilla-inspired pet in Free Fire. He was introduced to the game after the OB25 update. He has an ability named – ‘Helping Hand,’ which increases the throwing distance of Grenade, Gloo Wall, Flashbangs, and Smoke Grenades by 10% at the initial level. And at the max level his throwing distance increases to 30%.

This skill can be effective in the last shrinks. It can also help the players to give a cover to the allies from the long.

2. Shiba

Shiba Pet in Free Fire

The Shiba is a cute dog pet in Free Fire.  It has an ability called “Mushroom Sense”. This ability marks the location of surrounding mushrooms on the map once every 180 seconds and the mark lasts for 30 seconds. By eating mushrooms, it increases the player’s EP which eventually gets converted into HP. 

However, at the max level it locates the mushrooms every 120 seconds and also unlocks a new Golden Tale Skin as well. This skill can increase the storage capacity of players since they no longer need to carry med kits everywhere they go.

Comparison

Both the pets have incredible abilities in Free Fire. Beaston ability increases the throwing distance of weapons like grenades, flashbangs and gloo walls whereas Shiba’s ability tracks down the mushrooms and locates them on the player’s map.

It is quite obvious that Beaston has a slight edge over Shiba when it comes to in-game abilities. Shiba possess more of a defensive skill and is applicable only in the full map mode. At the same time, Beaston is capable of leaving an impact in every format of the game.
