Conor McGregor responds to Joe Rogan’s post; Says “Chill bro I’d a hangover”

Conor McGregor once again claims that he had a ‘hangover’ during his defeat to Khabib Nurmagomedov in 2018.

The Irish Champ submitted in the third round of the fight before a huge post-fight melee ensued on a dramatic night against his rival.

‘The Notorious One’ responded to an Instagram post from Joe Rogan and said that he had a ‘hangover’.

The undefeated Lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov is set to return to the UFC after a long wait. He successfully defended his title against Dustin Porier last September. Now he will face Justin Gaethje for another title defense at UFC 254.

McGregor reacts to Rogan’s post

UFC star commentator Joe Rogan is extremely excited about the return of Khabib. He took to his social media handles and shared a picture of Khabib and Gaethje and called Gaethje Khabib’s “most dangerous challenger.”

But this remark irritated McGregor and he responded to it. He commented on the post, saying, “Chill bro I’d a hangover.”

Besides, he has previously also admitted that he was drinking all through the week before the fight against khabib. He had also said, “I just had this venom in me or something. I don’t know why.”

The 32 year old McGregor made his Octagon return in January and brutally destroyed Donald Cerrone in less than a minute at UFC 246.

Despite uncing his retirement last month, he is looking for a fight against Khabib. He has further told Ariel Helwani of ESPN that he had broke his foot three weeks before their clash and it seemed like a balloon to him.

McGregor has covered his defeat earlier. He has stated that it was a “half-commited camp” and he was also targeting Justin Gaethje at the same time.
