Former India all-rounders, Suresh Raina and Yuvraj Singh were watching the so-called El-Classico of IPL together last night. However, what many expected to be a high scoring thriller was actually a bowler’s paradise, with Mumbai Indians getting Chennai Super Kings all out for just 97. At the innings break, Yuvraj Singh posted an Instagram story making fun of Suresh Raina’s former team as they could only manage 97.
Suresh Raina laughed off Yuvraj’s statement as the duo were then seen having fun together at the indoor screening of the match. The last IPL team that Yuvraj Singh played for was Mumbai Indians back in 2019, while Suresh Raina having played for Chennai last season went unsold in this year’s IPL auction.

In the video, Yuvraj is heard asking Suresh Raina, “Your team is all out for 97, how do you feel ?” Suresh Raina jokingly responds to Yuvraj Singh saying, “I was not a part of that match.” The duo then again start laughing at Chennai’s low scoring performance.
Both Yuvraj Singh and Suresh Raina have been quite active off the field in the cricketing world. Yuvraj especially has been heavily involved in training young players like Shubman Gill and Abhishek Sharma. However, the duo definitely enjoyed Chennai’s bottling performance last night. Even though fans trolled the duo for making fun of MS Dhoni.
