Southern Brave will be facing the Birmingham Phoenix in the 11th match of The Hundred Men’s Competition in Southampton at The Rose Bowl ground on Friday, 30th July.
The Southern Braves are in poor form, having lost both of their last two games are at the last spot in the rankings and will be aiming to turn things around in this one. Skipper James Vince led the squad scoring 40 runs, with De Kock and Conway adding 44 runs together. Ross Whiteley also scored 25 runs in 14 balls but couldn’t make it to the end.
The Birmingham Phoenix, on the other hand, are standing at the fifth rank after winning one of their first two games. Their batting lineup was utterly destroyed in 84 balls by the Originals in the previous encounter forcing them to fall prey to the opponents’ clutches. Despite taking a few wickets, the bowlers struggled to lead the team to victory.
