Kolkata Knight Riders’ all-rounder Andre Russell is seen vibing to a Bollywood song on the occasion of World Music Day. West Indies players are renowned for their ferocity on the field and their jolly and chilled demeanor off the field. Dwayne Bravo and Chris Gayle, for example, have been known to dance to the music and amuse the fans off the field. This time it’s the explosive all-rounder, Russell who was singing the Bollywood song ‘Subah Hone Na De’ from Desi Boyz.

The Kolkata Knight Riders have had a poor start to the IPL 2021 season, with only two victories in seven games, and are now in the seventh position on the standings. They have suffered a huge setback as their problems are compounded by the fact that their star player, Pat Cummins, has confirmed his absence from the rescheduled IPL 2021, and their captain, Eoin Morgan, is also unlikely to participate in the tournament.

In the absence of Cummins and Morgan. Russell would need to step up and deliver for the Kinght Riders if they need to make it big in the competition.
