Team India’s journey at the ongoing 2021 ICC T20 World Cup came to an end after an early exit from the tournament. However, the Virat Kohli-led side signed off on a decent note with three consecutive wins against Afghanistan, Scotland, and Namibia.
India registered an emphatic victory of nine wickets against Namibia in the last Super 12 match on Monday. KL Rahul, who smashed an unbeaten half-century, played some outstanding shots during his knock.
During the 12th over of the second innings, the right-handed batter played an elegant flick shot for four runs against Micheal van Lingen. This boundary also grabbed the eyeballs of the Indian team’s mentor MS Dhoni’s eyeballs. His reaction to Rahul’s shot soon went viral on social media.
