Cristiano Ronaldo urges world to unite and support each other

We all are going through tough times as coronavirus is spreading day by day and has taken many lives worldwide. Portuguese professional footballer Cristiano Ronaldo urged to the world to unite and support each other in difficult times which we all are facing.

Ronaldo consider this Covid-19 crisis “ a very difficult moment” and asked people to give support from their sides. Ronaldo shared two photos wearing masks showing the flags of Portugal and Italy, showing solidarity with the two countries.

He wrote on a Twitter that “ In this very difficult moment for our world it is important we unite and support each other. Let’s all do what we can to help. #beyondthemask #nevergiveup,”

Already many of football clubs have decided to go for salary cuts. And earlier Serie A club first team players salary had been cut off up to one-third. Italian Club Juventus also announced to cut off salary of all those who are associated with club to combat this deadly virus.

As of 11th April, around 1,699,67 6peoples are tested positive and 102,734 near are died due to COVID-19 Pandemic.
