We’ll see how it plays out this summer‘ – Dana White on Nick Diaz situation

Dana White told Okamoto, “It went good. My whole thing with Nick Diaz is I just question how bad he really wants to fight. We got together, we had a great conversation, talked about a possible comeback for him, I just don’t know. We’ll see how it plays out this summer and the rest of this year.” [via MMA Junkie]

Nick Diaz’s last fight came way back in 2015, against Anderson Silva at UFC 183 in January. The match was deemed a no-contest after Diaz tested positive for marijuana and Anderson Silva tested positive for drostanolone and androsterone. A series of suspensions and bans slowly saw Diaz fizzle out from the sport of MMA.
