“DC” Daniel Cormier is one of the rare gems of MMA who not only kept up with the sport after his time but is also involved in giving back to it by becoming a part-time commentator and fighter analyst for the UFC. So it’s not quite surprising if you see him debating on the history of MMA here and there.

In the latest instance, watch how awestruck he was in a bad way when a fan named Cameron states the reasons why he thinks that “The Rush” Georges St. Pierre, who in many eyes is the greatest pound-for-pound mixed martial artist of all time, is overrated for him and doesn’t count even in his top 7 leave alone top 5. Here is “DC”‘s reaction in his tweet and in a video of its embedded tweet. DC tweets: “Yo, this dude Cameron was tripping. This is his initial argument and the shit is crazy!!!!!!!!! Check out the whole episode on @voveraudio and YouTube. This was crazy. And also I want someone else. Especially someone who has grounds to stand on lol”

Daniel can be seen making a point against Cameron on how one can consider St. Pierre – a former UFC Welterweight champion with 12 championship fights, 8 title defenses in one of the two championship reigns, who also became a one-time UFC Middleweight champion and is now a UFC Hall of Famer- as an overrated fighter.

The video in the tweet came from a snippet of Daniel Cormier’s new show named “Debate DC” where the former 2-weight division UFC champion debates with people on various things associated with MMA. The show seems to be interesting how important is Cormier’s contributions to the sport and how well-informed are his opinions are. The show is available on YouTube as well as a platform called VoverAudio, with whom “DC” seems to have a paid deal.
