David Alaba will be a Real Madrid player next season as he signs a pre-contract with the Galacticos
David Alaba’s versatility will benefit any club that he signs for and now it seems that Real Madrid has won the bid to sign him beating Liverpool and Manchester United in the process

Spanish newspaper Marca reported today that the Bayern Munich centre-back has signed a pre-contract with the La Liga champions. This would mean that the Austrian defender will now be a part of Real Madrid as a free transfer and will be able to start playing for them next season. This also means that Manchester United and Liverpool cannot hope of signing the experienced defender.

Contract negotiations broke down between the experienced defender and Bayern Munich

Hansi Flick will be losing one of his most trusted players yet again as David Alaba will move away from the Bavarians much like Thiago Alcantara left for Liverpool. Liverpool had convinced the Spanish midfielder to reject Bayern Munich’s offer of £312,000 per week and take a pay cut to join them. David Alaba refused to take a pay cut and wanted more money than he was earning already and now Bayern Munich decided to cancel all negotiations with him.

Now David Alaba will be able to fulfil his dreams of playing for Los Blancos and end his career there. While it is has not been confirmed by anyone and this piece of news has been reported by Marca only, it can be assumed that this transfer is most likely inevitable. Sergio Ramos’s contract runs out at the end of this season while another defender Eder Militao is out of favour with Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane. So we can expect this transfer to be a replacement for one or both outgoing players.
