Russia is by far the best team in the tournament. Their two singles players- Daniil Medvedev and Andrey Rublev are both ranked inside the top 5 of the world. Both Medvedev and Rublev are amongst the best in the world and are in amazing form. Aslan Karatsev and Andrey Rublev will play the doubles match if needed. They got the better of Spain and Ecuador in the group stage before beating Sweden 2-0 in the quarterfinal.

As for Germany, they have punched above their weight this week. Despite playing without their best player, Alexander Zverev, Germany managed to top the group after beating Serbia and Austria. Dominik Koepfer and Jan-Lennard Struff are their singles players while Kevin Krawietz and Tim Putz will play the doubles match. In the quarterfinals, they got the better of Great Britain 2-1.

Once again, Russia will start the match as the overwhelming favorites. Medvedev has been phenomenal all week and fancy a convincing victory over Struff while Rublev is also expected to beat Koepfer. And if things go level somehow, Karatsev and Rublev are capable of winning the doubles match too. Expect Germany to give a tough time but the Russians may just be too much for them.
