Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon is an upcoming mecha-vehicular combat video game developed by FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The game is being released as part of the Armored Core series that has spanned 15 games over the course of 20 years since the first game Armored Core was released in 1997. The game is scheduled to be released on 25th August 2023.
Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon has been released on most platforms for players to pre purchase the game before its release in August 25. Pre-purchasing the game has benefits as players receive a bonus ‘TENDERFOOT’ customisation option, in addition to early part and emblem unlocks. On PC the game is available on Steam with the Standard Edition costing $30 and the Deluxe Edition costing $33.
The game is also available on the PlayStation Store with the Standard Edition priced at $59.99 and the Deluxe Edition for $69.99. For Xbox users, the game is available in the Xbox store for pre-purchase with the Standard Edition price being same as the PlayStation price. However, the Deluxe Edition on the Xbox is slightly more expensive.
In addition to the game’s Standard and Deluxe Edition, publishers Bandai Namco Entertainment has also launched 2 extra editions on their website. Including the game and its pre-purchase bonus the 2 extra editions also offer a figurine, a steel book, a hardcover artbook, stickers, and more. The 2 extra editions found on the website are Collector’s Edition priced at $229.99 and the Premium Collector’s Edition priced at $449.99.

The gameplay trailer for Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon was released a few days earlier. The trailer showcases some actual gameplay and the game looks amazing and has a very beautiful open world so fans can assume that it demands quite a bit from your PC to run smoothly. However the game’s developers FromSoftware have also released the information for the minimum requirements to play the game on PC.

Fans can speculate that the game would be even more demanding for it to run with good graphics and smooth gameplay. Although the required storage for the game is a meager 65 GB available space compared to other AAA games that have been recently released.
