The Batman Arkham Trilogy is often regarded as one of the most successful video game franchises ever. The game series is a haven if you are a Batman fan. Each instalment has an intriguing story featuring fan-favourite characters such as the Joker, Bane, The Penguin and, of course, the Dark Knight. The game has set an example with its combat system, which is imitated by other games such as Marvel’s Spider-Man.

The Batman Arkham Collection was recently released for the newer generations of consoles and on Steam. The collection featured Game of the Year editions of Arkham Asylum, Arkham City and Arkham Knight. With this release, players have been wondering when they will finally see the superhero series on Nintendo Switch. Fans finally have an answer.

A leak in August basically confirmed that the Batman Arkham Trilogy was on its way for the Nintendo Switch. While no official statement was made by Rocksteady Studios, the developers of the trilogy, at the time, they later revealed an October 13th, 2023 release date for the game. However, the game was then postponed to a later release date.

Robert Pattison’s Batman suit from 2022’s The Batman movie will be available as free downloadable content to all who purchase the game. The suit can only be worn in Batman: Arkham Knight and not the other two games. Rocksteady has announced that the suit will be making its way to other platforms at a later date.

This is the same suit that was accidentally revealed in the Epic Games store on October 26th. The suit was live in the store for a while before it was taken down promptly. Also note that the trilogy does not contain the spinoff game Batman: Arkham Origins and only the games are officially a part of the trilogy.
