The stage was set at the Kia Forum, with Valorant Champions Grand Finals taking off in full force. Both the teams, EG & PRX, were strapped to best each other and be crowned the Champions. With the maps selected, both the teams dropped down into the matches. However, only one may make out of it as the winner, and this time, Evil Geniuses claimed the title.

From being a team with no experience under the belt, performing mediocre during past VCTs, to winning the Champions, EG has surpassed everyone’s expectations. This team was in the dirt, getting 13-0 in the Americas League and having an abysmal performance during the LOCK/IN. Furthermore, the team added Demon1, a player with the least professional experience, to the active roster. Their coach, Potter, was asked to produce results, and she did so. The team turned a new stone, swept through the Americas League into the Masters Tokyo, and made it to the Grand Finals.

Furthermore, with their performance in the finals, with thrifty clutches from Boostio, the team’s IGL, and Demon1, the player whom no one knew, just demolishing every opponent on board, the team claimed victory in the Valorant Champions 2023 grand finals! Everyone on the team played exceptionally well and deserved every ounce of the victory.

All PRX fans and every Valorant fan are sad over PRX’s loss, considering it was Jinggg’s last match before starting his compulsory military service. However, EG’s performance throughout the VCT 2023 season made them capable enough to hold the Champions’ trophy. With the VCT 2023 over, fans are now eagerly waiting for the VCT 2024 to start soon!
