Ragsy is an Epic Outfit in Battle Royale that can be purchased from the Item Shop. The Heartless Back Bling is bundled with this Outfit. The skin can be obtained with V-Bucks from the Item Shop in the usual manner. It is a pretty old skin in the shop since the rise of Fortnite as a popular game.
