Top 5 best team compositions for Cyno in Genshin Impact 3.1 update

There seems to be no dearth of primogems in the second anniversary of Genshin Impact which began with the 3.1 update. As a result, many players were able to pull for Cyno who is a new 5-star Electro character using polearm to defeat the enemies.

Since Cyno is a character from Sumeru and his element resonates highly with the newly added Dendro element in the game, players will therefore need to look for the best characters to make the perfect team for Cyno.

Cyno’s best teams in Genshin Impact

Genshin Impact keeps on adding new characters with every patch they add to the game. While these characters might differ on rarity, their abilities can be used to the full potential if they are built in the right manner.

Cyno is one of those characters who might work as a beast if the right characters are rotated with him during the combat. If players were planning to get Cyno, they should do so before his banner gets replaced by Nilou. As for his teams, the following compositions can be tried-

5) National (Cyno + Xingqiu + Bennett + Xiangling)

The national team for every character with the Electro element, players can keep the other three 4-star characters in their team without any second thoughts. As Cyno has a high burst cost, players can use the healing abilities of Bennett while simultaneously triggering overload reactions with Xiangling.

4) Taser (Cyno + Xingqiu + Beidou + Sucrose)

Cyno’s taser team in Genshin Impact can be a flexible choice for Hydro and Electro characters but it is recommended to use Xingqiu and Beidou for his support as both characters synergize well with each other. Sucrose, on the other hand will be a good option for crowd control as healer is absent in this team.

3) Hyperbloom (Cyno+Xingqiu+Beidou+Dendro Traveler)

Hyperbloom is a new reaction that is created when players use Dendro characters with Hydro teammates. Cyno can provide his best in the team that focuses on Hyperbloom reactions such as where Xingqiu is the off-field Hydro applicator. For the fourth slot, players can either use Beidou or Albedo that does not disturb the hyperbloom reactions.

2) Quickbloom (Cyno+Beidou+Barbara+Dendro Traveler)

Another reaction triggered off with Dendro and Hydro elements, QuickBloom is the combination of aggravate and hyperbloom  reaction. Quick hydro users such as Barbara can be helpful in generating Dendro bloom which Cyno can later use for his aggravate reactions and deal more DMG to the enemies.

The primary reaction for Sumeru’s electro characters in Genshin Impact is aggravate and therefore, electro characters should be the main focus here along with a Dendro unit. Players can use Fischl for single target enemies whereas Beidou can be used for multiple enemies. The last slot is flexible for Zhongli or Anemo healers like Jean.
