PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 East: Week 1 Day 2 overall standings and results

The second day of PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 came to an end today which saw a marvellous performance by Stalwart Esports. STE currently stands at the top of the points table with 118 points and 58 elimination points. At the second position stands Chinese team, Tong Jia Bao Esports with 92 points. Following them closely is Nigma Galaxy with 91 points and 43 elimination points.

The format of PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 is similar to that of the regional tournaments which takes place in weekdays and super weekends. Today’s matches were crucial for the qualification of the top sixteen teams to the first super weekend of the league stage. The second day of Week 1 saw some nerve-wrecking moments between the twenty teams who battled hard for the top 16 spots.

PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 East: Week 1 Day 2 Summary

The first match of PMGC East Day 2 began at the classic map, Miramar where the chicken dinner was grabbed by the special invitee, Tong Jia Bao Esports. This team took 12 frags to score 27 points in total and stay at the top of the scoreboard. Following them were REJECT with 17 points. At the third spot were Thai team, The Infinity who scored 16 points.

Match 2 of the second day of the tournament was played at the versatile map, Erangel where Malaysian team, Team Secret won the match with an astonishing 14 finishes and 29 points. Tong Jia Bao Esports retained their good performance but were eliminated at the second position. Rico Infinity scored similar points to that of TJB, however, the former team had more rank points.

The third match of PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 East Week 1 Day 2 was again played at Miramar. This was the most curious moment of the tournament today as it was uncertain which team will get the chicken dinner. Ultimately, Team REJECT won the match and scored 24 points. Nigma Galaxy played equally well to climb up to the second spot.

The fourth and fifth match of PMGC East Day 2 was won by Cryptics and Stalwart Esports respectively. Cryptics scored a total of 25 points with 13 elimination points. Stalwart Esports also played well to add 29 points ot their overall scoreboard and climb up to the first position.

It is important to note that only the points from the super weekend will be considered for the qualification of the teams at the league finals. The first super weekend of PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 (PMGC) East is going to commence on 3rd December. The tournament will be live streamed at the official youtube channel of PUBG Mobile Esports.
