From the looks of it, Valorant’s official Instagram has been suggestive of new Agent skins through several posts. These depict agents like Sage, Jett, and Neon trying on outfits that are not present in the game.

Earlier, the concept of Valorant agent skins was raised, and developers discussed the subject as well. Valorant Devs Talk is something brought to the notice of the audience with various issues like map or agent fixes or any clarification from the community in general.

Riot devs had earlier said on their Twitch stream that there will be no Agent skins in the near future. “No concrete date, but don’t expect it anytime soon,” art lead Sean Marino stated. Marino’s answer did not, however, rule out Valorant Agent skins sometime down the road.

“Agreed, also agent skins would be confusing. All the agents have nice unique color schemes that make them easy to identify in a split second. Agent skins could make it more confusing if they don’t stick to the unique color palates and potentially break engagements,” were the views from the gaming community.

A year later, the feature seems to be becoming a reality, although the dates are not known. However, there is no official confirmation yet from Riot Games.
