Rae was watching a documentary on the Butcher Baker when she claimed, “what good riddance, I banned like a million people”, after the video completed its first half. She later explained that she personally banned those users after witnessing the chat section. “All I had to say is that one comment about, ‘It’s not all men, but’, this led to several viewers going against the YouTuber, as she witnessed the comments.

“I did see some comments saying um that I try my best to protect women”, she provided her gratitude to such people claiming that these qualities make you a good man. Valkyrae further provided the example of her friend Peter Park who is always ready to protect and defend his female friends, irrespective of the situation. “It’s just such an incredible quality to have”, she added.

Apart from reading a few comments from people who come out of the shadows to defend men committing a particular crime, the 30-year-old content creator revealed that she also came across some comments which read that women commit such crimes too. She vehemently agreed with them, as she said that they literally watched a crime video where both of the genders were involved.

“I’ve never said women don’t do it, we’ve been watching crime videos, we see that women do it too”, but she claimed that people shouldn’t bat a blind eye and pretend like its a 50-50 situation as it’s crazy to talk something like that.

She further explained that she understands that there can be different situations, “men can be ra*ed too, men can be kidnapped too”, but she reiterated that obviously this goes both ways, but this is not what she meant after writing the comment, implying that people had been misinterpreting the situation.

Fans react to Valkyrae’s stream

Valkyrae’s method of handling the situation received mixed response from the community as some of the YouTube comments were defending what she said and what she did on her livestream. On the other hand, some users claimed that she cannot handle negativity as all as she banned people so easily.
