YouTube Gaming streamer Rachell ‘Valkyrae’ Hofstetter shifted to playing video games such as Valorant following some long sessions of watching crime documentaries with her audience. Providing an update to her fans about the things going on in her life, she revealed being a part of a big project.

Initially she told her audience about her addiction with Valorant and Hearthstone, as she has been playing the game off-stream, while later the discussion shifted to a call she got a day before, that was the reason for her to skip streaming that day. “I had a life-changing call”, she began explaining that an aspect of her project got confirmed with her team.

Valkyrae was then seen referring to her earlier project ‘RFLCT’ that turned out to be a major failure. However, she seemed excited about her new plan as she stated that it will take a couple of years to execute the plan perfectly. “It’s going to take a lot of time”, the American internet personality added.

The content creator who recently turned 31 made it clear that nothing like RFLCT will ever happen again, as she has learn a lot from the controversy. Concluding this discussion, she explained that she is allowed to reveal only this much as of now.

Prominent streamers have now been showing more enthusiasm on working on projects that are different from streaming. From Ludwig’s Offbrand agency to game shows by xQc, streamers are shifting to enter some new ventures. Valkyrae was one of them as during October 2019, she launched a skincare brand named ‘RFLCT‘.

The skincare brand catered to the audience who were exposed to heavy screen-time as the make up products claimed to protect the applier’s skin from the harmful rays of the blue right reflected by mobile devices or computers. However, none of the members under the RFLCT skincare line were able to provide enough justification to their claim.

This led to a huge controversy for Valkyrae as the streamer was charged for scamming her fans. The streamer who streamed on Twitch back them=n, has admitted how it left a deep impact on her mental health, which is why, she is making sure that she doesn’t make the same mistakes with her upcoming project.
