Felix Auger-Aliassime, the young Canadian has been one of the most talked about youngsters in the tennis world. At the age of just 20, he is the youngest player in the top 25 rankings of the world. He is currently ranked 17th in the world. He ended his season in the top 25 rankings, for two consecutive years.

Currently, the Canadian is seen practicing at the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca under the watchful eye of Toni Nadal. It is a practical decision as it is quite cold in Canada during this part of the year. The Canadian accompanied with his coach Frédéric Fontang, had a brief talk with Rafael Nadal and was being watched by Toni Nadal. He had a knock with an academy player.

Felix Auger-Aliassime aims for a good 2021 season

The Canadian has had a bit of inconsistent year on tour. He was knocked out from early rounds at the Australian Open and the French Open. However, he managed to do well at the US Open but lost to the eventual champion, Dominic Thiem. He also reached the Bett1Hulks Indoors final were he lost to Alexander Zverev. Felix won the Paris Masters Doubles title alongside Hubert Hurkacz.

It will be interesting to see how the Canadian performs in 2021. He certainly does possess a lot of quality and talent but it is important for him to start showcasing his talent on the big stages against top ranked players.
