In the biggest match of the year, 2x World Champion Kyle Dake squares off against 2x World Champion Frank Chamizo on July 25 in Austin Texas. After Ashnault was propelled to pull out of the fight card of 25th July, nearly every other fighter wanted to participant in his place. But there was one particular volunteer who stood among the crowd, NCAA Champion, Darrion Caldwell would be coming back to the mat to fight against Luke Pletcher.

Another bout added to the 25th July Fight card will constitute of Cornell’s Vito Arujau and Rutgers’ Sammy Alvarez. As both have 3 years left of college eligibility and the former winning four titles, he could be considered the favourite going in the fight. The Rutger’s fighter has come out 1 title out of 3 finals he can played in.

Who’s favorite to win?

However not based on just those facts is Arujau being considered the favourite. He has made to the finals of both Cadet and Junior Worlds. As well as, already been qualified for the Olympic Team Trials. On the other hand, speaking about his opponent No.6 Ranked in preseason of FloWrestling, Alvarez, ever since his transfer from NC State to Rutger’s in his freshman year his record has been 26-10. Although the NCAA Championships dint take place this year otherwise Alvarez would be 10th ranked in those.

Although all that being said, both of these grapplers have unique styles, with a fast pace and funky move set. It would be interesting to see who comes out on top as chances would be few to grab.
