This is a very important game in terms of now tight this group is with both sides having the chance to qualify for the World Cup.

However the recent form shows that the visitors are able to grind out results while North Macedonia have just been wasteful and are not able to protect their lead in games.

We predict a narrow win for Romania who are coming off a two game winning streak and have also kept tight at the back.
