Harry Kane is all set to leave Tottenham Hotspur this summer and has reportedly told the club about his wishes. Tottenham have failed to secure Champions League football for the second consecutive season and this has swayed Kane to make such a decision.

Harry Kane is leading the race for the Golden Boot in England but despite his proficiency in front of goal Tottenham are lying 6th in the Premier League table. Tottenham also face the prospect of not playing any sort of European Football next season as a defeat in their remaining games would see West Ham leapfrog them.

All of this has made Harry Kane make a decision of leaving this as the forward looks to add trophies to his personal career achievements.

Kane’s preference is to remain in the Premier League and he wants to have his future resolved before turning out for England at this summer’s European Championships in June.

The 27-year-old has been linked with a move to the likes of Manchester United or Manchester City in recent weeks.

With Kane’s contract running until the summer of 2024 he would not come cheap, and any team interested in his services would likely have to spend close to £100m.

Currently Manchester City look to be his likeliest destination next season as Pep Guardiola looks to replace veteran striker Sergio Aguero.

Spurs are now going so far as to make enquiries about potential replacements, marking their first step towards acknowledging the fact that Kane could, in fact, leave.
