5. Cristiano Ronaldo vs Aston Villa (2009)
Cristiano Ronaldo scored some sensational goals during his first stint at Manchester United. The Portuguese star scored against almost all the teams that he faced and had a successful time in England.
However, one of the most absurd or rare goals that he has scored came against another English club Aston Villa in 2008/09 when Manchester United went to win the game 3-2 right at the end. Manchester United won an indirect free kick inside Aston Villa’s goalkeeping box. The foul was conceded by Aston Villa as there was a back pass involved and Brad Friedel caught a pass from his own player.
