Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp heaped praises on his star Egyptian forward, Mohammed Salah after the winger’s recent exploits against Watford in the Premier League. Salah scored another wonder goal in a match that the Reds dominated from start to finish to come out with a thumping 5-0 victory over Watford.

Although Roberto Firmino grabbed a hattrick and Mane scored a goal, the Liverpool manager singled out Mohammed Salah for his performance in the match and for his consistency since the start of the season.

Klopp made his feelings clear speaking in the post-match interview going on to say that the Egyptian striker is the best player in the world, even ahead of the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

“Come on, who is better than him?” Klopp said speaking to BT Sport after the match. “We don’t have to talk about what Messi and Ronaldo have done for world football and their dominance but, right now, he is the best.

“His performance was massive. The pass for the first goal was great and the second goal was special. He is top, we all see it. He’s the best, I feel, every day,” said Jurgen Klopp.

Salah, who provided the assist for Sadio Mane’s opening goal and scored the fourth goal, which would definitely be a contender for the goal of the season award has been in sparkling form ever since the start of this season. The forward has already scored 7 goals and provided 4 assists in the first 8 Premier League matches, and has scored in all but one game so far.
