According to the official confirmation from Hertha Berlin, the former Barcelona striker, Kevin Prince Boateng is all set to join Bundesliga again. Hertha Berlin have secured the services of the player from AC Monza on Wednesday. After signing for his former club, Kevin Boateng said:

How did Kevin Prince Boateng fare in the last season?

The Ghanian international moved to Serie B outfit on a free transfer in September, Monza AS. The player started 62% of the games for Monza AS and played 24 games. In those games, he was able to score five goals along with four assists to his name.

Coming through the Hertha Berlin youth setup in 2003, the player joined the senior side in 2005. After two years tenure, he joined the English Premier League outfit, Tottenham Hotspur in a deal worth €3 million. The player returned to Germany in 2013 when FC Schalke bought him in a deal worth €10 million. However, a season after he left Germany as a free agent.

He reached the pinnacle of his career and shook the whole football world when Barcelona signed Kevin Prince Boateng in a loan deal from the Italian outfit, Sassuolo. However, the stint failed with the Catalan outfit and he returned back to Sassuolo. He toured around Italy and Turkey before joining the Serie B side on a free transfer. Now the player has completed his move back to his boyhood club in 2021.
