Kylian Mbappe has also been vocal about his dreams and desires to join the Los Blancos and his idol Cristiano Ronaldo’s most famous club. The 23-year-old was asked about his future in an earlier interview with Marca as his contract with PSG expires at the end of this season and it’s assumed that he’s going to join Madrid on a free transfer next season.

“I haven’t made a decision but there are new elements,” said Mbappe.

“What are they? New elements. I’m calm, trying to make the best decision with my loved ones. If I had made a decision I would have said it, I would have fronted up. I always front up. I don’t have to hide. I want to make the best possible decision. It’s not an easy decision,” added the PSG striker.

When asked whether it was possible that he could stay at PSG by the Assembled Press, Mbappe surprisingly said that it was. Despite this, Real Madrid remains calm about the situation and still believes that the Frenchman will join them at the end of the 2021-22 season.
