Christian Horner and Max Verstappen

The team principal of Red Bull racing,Christian Horner has given us a lot to talk about as he gave us names apart from Max Verstappen, who could shine in the future. Last season was one of the finest in the Sport’s long and illustrious history.

That could be down to a lot of reason but the most important has to be because of the talent we have on show. There has been a breed of youngsters who have come through the ranks, shown tremendous amount of talent and have been fearless.

The British manager in an interview said: “underlined the large presence of promising champions, some of them better suited, from his point of view, to soon enter the roll of honor of Formula 1.”

Max Verstappen has set an example for this breed of drivers. He has been able to instill that sense of confidence in them that this could be done and more drivers can soon join him at the top to compete for the biggest prize of them all.

Christian Horner had heaps of praises for the lot. He said, “Max, of course, is only 24 years – he commented – but he has an entire generation around him who are of a similar age, and who will be able to join him between now and the next ten years: drivers like Charles Leclerc, George Russell , in Mercedes this year, without forgetting Carlos Sainz and Lando Norris , with the latter looking very interesting.”

I think it’s great for the sport, as well as the competition. It will be exciting to see how it develops ” as reported by Formula Passion.

Christian Horner also pointed out the fact that it just doesn’t boil down to talent for an upcoming driver to succeed in this brutally competitive sport. He explained how it’s important to have that hunger to go out there and compete at the highest level.

The British manager talking about Max Verstappen talked about the qualities to become a top notch driver. He added “I think it’s his hunger and his determination , combined with a natural talent – he added – strikes me above all the fact that he never gives up . He is a fighter.”

There’s a lot of pressure riding on the drivers but with pressure comes opportunity. Let’s see who all grab this opportunity with both hands.
