Free Fire India Championship 2021 Fall Tournament has completed its two initial rounds and now it is about to enter the main phase i.e., League Stage. The League stage is set to commence from September 17 and it takes place on weekends for 3 straight weeks. Let us look at more details of the tournament.

Free Fire India Championship 2021 Fall is an official tournament in the Indian and Nepal regions. It had a kick start on August 23 and has completed FFC mode online and closed qualifiers so far. The tournament was announced with a 75 lakh INR prize pool. Now the tournament is going up for the next round i.e., League stages which will take place from Friday to Sunday, each week, starting from September 17 2021. The League stage will conclude on October 3 2021.

The League stage will be played by a total of 18 teams. Out of 18 teams, 12 teams have been qualified from Closed Qualifiers and 6 were from FFPL 2021 Summer that topped the ranking table.

FFIC 2021 Fall League Stage Schedule and Format

As mentioned above, 18 teams will be divided into three groups and here is the schedule for the tournament:

  • Day 1 (Friday) – September 17 – Group A and B
  • Day 2 (Saturday) – September 18- Group B and C
  • Day 3 (Sunday) – September 19- Group A and C
  • Day 4 (Friday)- September 24 – Group B and C
  • Day 5 (Saturday) – September 25 – Group A and C
  • Day 6 (Sunday) – September 26 – Group A and B
  • Day 7 (Friday) – October 1 – Group A and C
  • Day 8 (Saturday) – October 2 – Group A and B
  • Day 9 (Sunday) – October 3 – Group B and C

The top 2 teams from each group competing in League stages will qualify for Grand finals and the bottom 4 teams will be seeded into Play-Ins.

So, 12 teams from the League stage will fight against each other in the Play-ins phase which is scheduled to take place on October 10, 2021. The top 6 teams will qualify for the Grand Finals of this tournament, which are scheduled to take place on October 17, 2021.

The winner was earlier said to get direct placement in the next Free Fire world series. But unfortunately, the World Series has been cancelled due to Covid.

The tournament League stage is streamed live on official YT channels of Free Fire Esports India in various regional languages. The match starts at 6:00 PM IST on the match days.
