The developers at Garena Free Fire announce the ban of nearly 1,335,831 hacking accounts in two weeks. Additionally, around 80,290 more accounts ban for teaming up with the cheaters. As per the reports officially confirmed by the company, over 62% of the cheaters were using auto-aim hacks. Moreover, around 28% of the users were using teleportation hacks. A total of 10% of players were using the wall and see-through cheats.

The anti-cheating techniques have been improved in the last few years, say Garena. One of the developers at Garena quoted saying to Digit,

“Our anti-cheat strategy relies on a two-pronged approach – our screening technologies as well as community reports.” He further continue saying,

“We have zero tolerance for any activity that undermines the integrity and fairness of our game. We will permanently ban anyone – amateur or pro – who is found to be cheating. Moreover, pro players who cheat will be expelled from our tournaments along with their entire team.” 

Hacking in Garena is not a new thing in the gaming scene. Earlier, popular gamer and streamer AAYUSH got a ban in a tournament for cheating in the game.
