If there was one word to describe this all-star game between Team LeBron and Team Kevin Durant, it would be –BRUTAL. Having played for just 19 minutes, Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 35 points.

It wasn’t only the massacre Giannis created, but also Stephen Curry’s 28 and Damian Lillard’s 32. The latter two seemed to be playing against high-school boys, by the way they were scoring form the logo. The domination extended to such a brutality that the Team Captain, LeBron James played for only 13 minutes.

Giannis Antetokounmpo wins his first All-Star MVP

Giannis is the first player in NBA history to shoot 100% on 10+ attempts in the All-Star game. The Greak Freek was 16 from 16 from the field. He also ensured that Team LeBron won in handsome fashion against their rival in each and every quarter.

With Joel Embiid and Kevin Durant both out for Team Durant in this NBA All-Star game. Their team clearly seemed to miss their talent, having being outscored in each quarter. Bradley Beal led Team Durant having scored 26 points.

Damian Lillard hit the winning shot, but Giannis Antetokounmpo won MVP with 35 points, seven rebounds and three assists on a perfect 16-of-16 shooting from the field.

Lillard threatened for the award as well with 32 points, while Curry added 28 points behind 8-of-16 shooting from deep.

The cumulative score also mattered because the clock was turned off at the start of the fourth quarter to create the target score of 170, which was 24 more than Team LeBron’s total after three quarters in honor of Kobe Bryant.
