Here’s how Virat Kohli keeps himself fit during this nationwide lockdown


Indian captain Virat Kohli is totally using all the opportunities and keeping himself fit and healthy during this COVID-19 lockdown. He shared a clip of him on Tuesday, trying to ace 180-degree landings and we can say by his looks of it he seemed to be acing it.

We can see him, in the clip trying to land on one feet after jumping a full 180-degrees on the other. His caption was – “My first shot at 180 landings. Top exercise.”

Both Indian cricketers, Harbajan Singh and Virat Kohli would have been representing their respective IPL teams in the 13th edition of cash-rich T20 league, in the ideal circumstances. But the tournament has been postponed indefinitely by the BCCI due to the global health crisis coronavirus pandemic.
