How to register for the Free Fire City Open 2021

Here is how you can register for FFCO 2021 and the registration starts today.

Free Fire City Open: Free Fire is undoubtedly one of the popular shooting games in the Battle Royale Genre. It has millions of active players and the makers are into growing its eSports now. The new city-based tournament, the Free Fire City Open, was just recently announced by Free Fire India. On April 30th, the four-month event will begin with an enormous prize pool of 60,00,000 INR.

Initial phase registrations, i.e. online qualifications, begin today, i.e. on 26 April and continue through 30 April.

How to register for the Free Fire City Open (FFCO)?

Step 1: Players have to open Free Fire on their device and the right side of the main lobby, click the red coloured icon – FFC Cup. The yellow arrow opens a tournament layout.

Step 2: You need to click the banner and go to the FFCO lobby to see important information like matching timelines, scoring information, FFCO progression and further details such as the prize pool and so forth.

Step 3: Users must click on Squad to join or build teams in the lobby.

You should complete all information (squad name, contact information, region, etc.) for team creation or request to join a Friends / Applications list team.

Each team that registers successfully receives a total of 8 tickets for use over time. On 30 April, from 4 p.m. IST until 9 p.m. IST, matchmaking will start. All unused tickets are cancelled after the specified timeframe.

As per Sportskeeda, Once a team with defaulting members has been formed successfully, players will be able to start the match in the Free Fire City Open lobby by clicking “Start Game,” then they will invite their registered teammates to form a team and play.

  • 2nd Place -9 points
  • 3rd Place – 8 points
  • 4th Place – 7 points
  • 5th Place – 6 points
  • 6th Place – 5 points
  • 7th Place – 4 points
  • 8th Place- 3 points
  • 9th Place- 2 points
  • 10th Place – 1 point
  • 11th Place – 0 points
  • 12th Place – 0 points
  • Kill points – 1
