Former Welterweight champion Tyron Woodley was all praise UFC heavyweight striker, Francis Ngannou. Tyron is well aware that Francis is one of the strongest men in the UFC but the former champion was not ready to physically experience it.

Recently, ‘T-Wood’ got to spend time on the mat with the title contender Francis and was exclaiming how strong the knockout artist was. He said that Francis was one of the strongest fighters he has trained with.

In a recent interview with Helen Yee, Tyron was explaining how it was to train with the Cameroonian. “I was just in a gym with Ngannou and he was working on some single leg [takedowns],” Woodley told Helen Yee. “He like grabbed his leg and his strength and his power—he didn’t even really quite grasp it—and I noticed how f*cking strong he is.”

Woodley though he is several weight classes lighter than Ngannou realizes that Francis is the top in the strength department. The Cameroonian is on his way to win his Heavyweight title.

“I don’t know what I would do [against him] because I felt nobody just put that much [pressure on] my face and make me feel like my nose is gonna break” Woodley exclaimed. T-Wood was talking about how he is the most explosive fighter in the promotion.

Francis Ngannou will challenge his former rival and reigning heavyweight champion, Stipe Miocic at UFC 260 on March 27. The last time Ngannou and Miocic went head to head was at the UFC 220. Stipe Miocic turned out victorious as he won by decision in the third round of the bout.
