Jan Blachowicz is going to defend his light-heavyweight belt for the first time against “The Last Stylebender” Israel Adesanya who is moving up a weight-class to face some new challenges.
Izzy is undefeated inside the octagon and Jan is hoping to shock the MMA community and give him his first L in the octagon and he issued a strong prediction for the same.
He said, “I see KO in the second round. Left high kick on his head. This is what I see, yes,” well it’s a very bold claim to say the least, but it is not impossible either.
We all know the legendary Polish Power Jan posses and if Kelvin Gastelum can clip Izzy with some nice shots then he should be really careful with Jan, but as we saw in Costa’s fight, Izzy has improved a lot, and fighting him is a puzzle that needs to be solved.
“It’s the best way I can do my cardio because the mountains are really tough,” says Jan Blachowicz
Jan Blachowicz explained the methods he implemented in his training camp, he took his training camp to the mountains and explained their importance. He said, “I love mountains. Mountains give me a lot of energy you know? This is something that I love to do in my training camp.”
“It’s the best way I can do my cardio because the mountains are really tough. First of all, they take your power, but when you come back to your city or town, they give it back to you twice more. That’s why I love the mountains.”
UFC 259 fight card is fully stacked and we can’t wait to see these athletes have a piece of each other inside the octagon.
