‘I’m not a sack of potatoes who you can do anything with’: Rakitic to Barca

Ivan Rakitic the Midfielder in Barcelona has criticised his club for inappropriate behavior towards him and they have tried to force his departure last year. Due to the arrival of Dutch Midfielder Frenkie De Jong the Croatian has been fallen out of contention, who is at Barca since 2014.

Rakitic told to Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo“ I understand the situation but I’m not a sack of potatoes who you can do anything with. I want to be somewhere I feel wanted and respected. If that’s here I’ll be delighted but if it’s somewhere else then I’ll be the one who decides where, not any one else.”

He also confirmed that he has refused to go to Paris just to take Neymar back to the camp. He also showed his disappointment of loosing his place in the team this season and just waiting for the contract to get over which will going to end in 2021. And he would mean Barca would not able to earn a transfer fee from his departure.

He also speak about why he felt hurt. He told that the last year was the best of six that he has made in Barca but the way they are treating him is not good.
