As the initial two Test matches in Chennai are approaching their business end, the focus has now been diverted to Motera Stadium, the host to the third and the fourth Test against England. With almost ten days for the action to begin in the World’s biggest cricket stadium- Motera, the tickets for the third Test have gone on sale from February 14.
The third Test, which is the pink-ball Test between the two sides, will be the first international match at the Motera stadium. The stadium which has the capacity of 1,10,000 spectators, will allow 50 percent in-stadium fans to witness the match. However, the stadium has hosted the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy knockout matches earlier this year.
The 3rd Test between the two teams will get underway on February 24
As per India Today, the online sale of the tickets will get underway at 11 am IST on Sunday. The tickets are priced between Rs 300 and Rs 1000.
