Jackichand Singh joins ISL club Jamshedpur FC on a three-year deal

The top-rated Indian winger, Jackichand Singh will be seen donning the Jamshedpur FC colours in the upcoming ISL season. The club has signed him on a three-year deal with an opportunity to bring home the title this season. Jackichand is an impeccable addition to the team and will bring much more shine to the star-studded line up of Jamshedpur FC.
“Playing for Jamshedpur FC is a fantastic opportunity for me. Jamshedpur is one club in India that has everything a player needs, and the entire country knows how passionate and vocal the people of Jharkhand are for football”, Jacki told the media after the signing. He was also excited about the fact that now he would be playing under the guidance of Owen Coyle.
Owen was all praise for the young lad when he said: “The 28-year old winger has had consistent performance over the past three seasons. He is known for his quick pace and ball control as he takes on defenders while being a constant threat in front of the goal with his quality finishing.”
Jacki brings years of ISL experience with him to Jamshedpur
Jackichand was initially part of Royal Wahingdoh in 2009 when he was not even an adult aged 17. He went on to guide the club to an I-League promotion after a win in the 2nd division I-League. The 2014-15 season of I-League was a dream come true for the star player.
With his constant stellar wonders at the club, Jacki earned the very precious national team call up. Furthermore, he now has represented over 5 different teams like FC Goa, FC Pune City, Mumbai City, East Bengal, Kerala Blasters and now eventually Jamshedpur FC.
He will be seen donning the number 12 jersey for the upcoming ISL season playing in the Jamshedpur FC colours for the first time.
